Mattresses
We want you to feel confident in your online mattress purchase, so we offer a 90-Night trial period on our Sealy® models. We ask you to try it for 30 nights, and if (during the first 90 nights) you don’t love your new mattress, all you need to do is fill out our return form and a representative will be in touch soon. We'll work with you to address your concerns and if we can’t find a way to resolve the issue, we will take the mattress back, and refund your money, minus the return shipping fee. After your first 90 nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 10-Year Limited Warranty on mattresses. All Cocoon™ by Sealy mattresses include a 100-Night Trial.
Foundations and Power Bases
While we do not accept returns on Foundations and the Sealy® Ease Power Base, we stand by their quality with compelling warranties. The Sealy® Ease Power Base has a 3-year full parts and labor warranty with a 25-year limited warranty on the frame. You can learn more about the warranty details here.
Pillows
Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment.
Retail Store Purchases
If you bought your Sealy product from a retail store that carries our products, your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
